The subject of the project is the development and implementation of a new design design of innovative polyurethane shelves dedicated to the production of concrete products. The scope of the project includes cooperation with designers, aimed at creating a design design, thanks to which an improved product will be implemented. In the light of the above, the project concerns: 1) Purchase of advisory services related to carrying out a professional design process aimed at developing a new design project, which defines activities: a) Creating a strategy of action necessary for the development of a new design design b) to develop a new design design of technological countertops by: — development of formulae assumptions of polyurethane coating – design and prototyping of forms (autoclaws) 2) implementation of advisory effects and the resulting improved product through investments in tangible fixed assets, i.e.: —high-pressure injection moulding machine (1 pieces) -dedicated robot (1 pcs.) -dedicated delivery device (1 pcs.) -dedicated receiving device (1 pcs) -forklift (1 pcs) The above costs will create a technological sequence necessary to start the production of an improved product. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie nowego projektu wzorniczego innowacyjnych blatów technologicznych z powłoką poliuretanową, dedykowanych branży produkcji wyrobów betonowych. Zakres projektu obejmuje współpracę z projektantami, ukierunkowaną na stworzenie projektu wzorniczego, dzięki któremu wdrożony zostanie udoskonalony wyrób. W świetle powyższego projekt dotyczy: 1) zakupu usług doradczych związanych z przeprowadzeniem profesjonalnego procesu projektowego, mającego na celu opracowanie nowego projektu wzorniczego, w ramach którego zdefiniowano działania: a) stworzenie strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego b) opracowanie nowego projektu wzorniczego blatów technologicznych poprzez: - opracowanie założeń recepturowych powłoki poliuretanowej - projektowanie i prototypowanie form (autoklawów) 2) wdrożenia efektów doradztwa i powstałego w jego wyniku ulepszonego produktu poprzez realizację inwestycji w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe, tj.: -wtryskarka wysokociśnieniowa (1 szt.) -dedykowany robot (1 szt.) -dedykowane urządzenie podawcze (1 szt.) -dedykowane urządzenie odbiorcze (1 szt.) -wózek widłowy (1 szt.)
