SA 42799(2015/X) As part of the project, the applicant will benefit from an advisory service for the development of an innovative design of bridge bearings. Designed bearings will ultimately have the ability to monitor the weight – pressure. Bearings will be correlated with a tensometer/pressure sensor to record technical parameters. Bearings will be able to be integrated into an external application to communicate recorded information on factors and parameters such as pressure, temperature, and amplitude of changes. As part of the design process, the bearing concept and the sensor itself will be designed – the design of the sensor, the way data is read and how the sensor is integrated into the bearing will be defined. In order to implement the designed product, the applicant will purchase the necessary equipment – a cutter and a lathe. The implementation of the project will allow to gain competitive advantage and strengthen the market position of the Company, which from the very beginning specialises in the machining industry, including the execution of advanced engineering components.     SA 42799(2015/X) W ramach projektu wnioskodawca skorzysta z usługi doradczej w zakresie opracowania projektu wzorniczego, przedmiotem której będzie opracowanie innowacyjnego projektu łożysk mostowych. Opracowane łożyska docelowo cechować będą się możliwością monitorowania ciężaru - nacisku. Łożyska skorelowane zostaną z tensometrem/czujnikiem nacisku, które pozwolą na rejestrowanie parametrów technicznych. Łożyska będą mogły zostać zintegrowane z zewnętrzną aplikacją, umożliwiającą przekazywanie rejestrowanych informacji w zakresie takich czynników i parametrów, jak nacisk, temperatura, czy amplituda zmian. W ramach procesu projektowego zaprojektowana zostanie koncepcja łożyska oraz samego czujnika - zdefiniowana zostanie budowa czujnika, sposób odczytywania danych, sposób integracji czujnika z łożyskiem. Celem wdrożenia zaprojektowanego produktu Wnioskodawca zakupi niezbędne urządzenia - przecinarkę oraz tokarkę. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na uzyskanie przewagi konkurencyjnej i ugruntowanie pozycji rynkowej Firmy, która od początku specjalizuje się w branży obróbczej, w tym wykonywaniu zaawansowanych komponentów inżynieryjnych.
