| Property / summary: “reference_reference_programme_aids”:SA.42799 (2015/X), public funding:Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014.’ The project is the purchase of innovation advisory services and software, machinery and equipment for the placing on the market of a new product of the CTS (Cashless Transport System).The CTS is a combination of specialised equipment and software designed to enable passengers using public transport to make rapid, convenient and fully non-cash charges for journeys.The system will make it possible to completely eliminate the physical tickets and thus contribute to the comfort of passengers and the availability of public transport.The project involves:1.Preparation for implementation:Identification and mapping of key business processes related to the implementation of innovation, their modification and optimisation;Development of a marketing strategy;Preparation of a specific financial model for the financing of the environmental impact of the implementation of the technology 2.Support to the preparation of technology:Assistance with the development of functional and technical documentation of the services implemented, advice in the process of preparing a contract for technology 3.Initial investment.4.Assistance in implementation:Advice and assistance for the development and implementation of full implementation of innovation;risk analysis of implementation;monitoring and evaluation of implementation.The services will be bought in full from an accredited business environment organisation:The project will run from 1 March 2018 to 31 March 2019.The implementation of the project will result in the implementation of 1 technological innovation and ultimately the growth of the competitiveness of the microenterprise CENTRREO Sp. z o.o. in Poland and on international markets.The introduction to the sale of innovative services will have a positive impact on the revenue and financial performance of the Applicant. „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014”Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji oraz oprogramowania, maszyn i urządzeń umożliwiających wdrożenie na rynek nowego produktu systemu CTS (Cashless Transport System - system płatności bezgotówkowych w transporcie). System CTS jest kombinacją specjalistycznych urządzeń i oprogramowania przeznaczoną do umożliwienia pasażerom korzystającym z transportu publicznego na szybkie, wygodne i w pełni bezgotówkowe dokonywanie opłat za przejazdy. System umożliwi całkowite wyeliminowanie fizycznych biletów i tym samym przyczyni się do zwiększenia wygody pasażerów i dostępności transportu zbiorowego. W ramach projektu przewidziano: 1. Przygotowanie do wdrożenia: Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacji i optymalizacji; Opracowanie strategii marketingowej; Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego. analiza wpływu wdrożenia technologii na środowisko naturalne 2. Wsparcie w przygotowaniu technologii: Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej i technicznej wdrażanej usługi, doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii 3. Inwestycja początkowa. 4. Asysta we wdrożeniu: Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pełnego wdrożenia innowacji; analiza ryzyka wdrożenia; monitorowanie i ewaluacja wdrożenia. Usługi zostaną w całości zakupione od akredytowanej IOB: Netrix Group Sp. z o.o. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 marca 2018 do 31 marca 2019 roku. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wdrożenie 1 innowacji technologicznej, a docelowo wzrost konkurencyjności mikroprzedsiębiorstwa CENTREO Sp. z o.o. w Polsce i na rynkach międzynarodowych. Wprowadzenie do sprzedaży innowacyjnych usług pozytywnie wpłynie na skalę przychodów i wyniki finansowe Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
