„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014” Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie Wniosk. 4 innowacji–procesowej, produktowej, organizacyjnej, marketingowej–które zaskutkują skutecznym stworzeniem pakietu aplikacji smart city. Pakiet ten stanie się ważną częścią oferty produktowej i usługowej, który po zakończeniu projektu podniesie konkurencyjność firmy i będzie wdrażany na rynku. Do tego przedsięwzięcia istotnym będzie realizacja doradzt. w 4 wymiarach innowacji. Planowane doradzt. będzie istotnym czynnikiem implementacji pakietu aplikacji smart city. Przedstawiany pakiet aplikacji smart city to SMART: BUDGET, RAPORT, PARKING, ELECTROFILTER, LORA, RESULT. W ramach projektu zrealizujemy nast. usługi doradcze: 1.Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacji i optymalizacji. 2.Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji. W ramach projektu zostaną także zrealizowane prace deweloperskie, które zakończą się stworzeniem 6 aplikacji pakietu smart city. Po zakończeniu prac deweloperskich zrealizowane zostaną usługi doradcze: 3.Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji. 4.Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadz. pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji. Rozpoczęcie realizacji pilotażu zakończy projekt. W trakcie realizacji usług doradczych będą realizowane działania inwestycyjne (zw. z zakupem 6 licencji), które są ściśle związane z wdrażaniem innowacji, zwłaszcza produktowych. Szczegółowy zakres prac deweloperskich będzie uzależniony od wniosków i wyników realizowanego doradztwa.
