In conjunction with the announced tender procedure, all of the advisory services provided for in the Competition Rules for Action 2.3.1 “Proinnovative IOB services for SMEs” will be purchased. As part of the implementation of the project, the innovative SCC self-densing concrete production technology will be implemented to the BEST s.c. offer. Self Compacting Concrete), whose uniqueness is based on the use in the composition of a mixture of waste material in the form of volatile lime ashes. According to the current Waste Catalogue, announced in the Decree of Min. Environment of 9.XII.2014 (Dz. U. 2014, item. 1923), lime ash has been classified as a separate type of waste of code 10 01 02 in the subgroup of waste from power plants and other combustion plants (10 01) and the group of waste from thermal processes (10). The applicant plans to use this waste material as a mineral supplement to a unique high quality concrete mix. The concept and implementation plan of this product is based on the results of scientific research (Gołaszewski 2011). The implementation of innovation requires investment expenditure related to the purchase of a concrete node and the development and implementation of structural changes. As a result, the implemented IOB services consisting, among others, on analysis of development paths, market research, development strategy or pilot work monitoring will improve the process of full implementation of innovations, and thus allow the company to expand its scope of activity to include a unique product addressed to customers not yet available to the Company. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014 Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych, których realizacja usprawni rozwój działalności Wnioskodawcy. W powiązaniu z ogłoszonym postępowaniem ofertowym, zakupione zostaną wszystkie z usług doradczych przewidzianych w Regulaminie konkursu dla działania 2.3.1 "Proinnowacyjne usługi IOB dla MŚP". W ramach realizacji projektu do oferty BEST s.c. zostanie wdrożona innowacyjna technologia produkcji betonu samozagęszczalnego SCC (ang. Self Compacting Concrete), którego unikalność opiera się na wykorzystaniu w składzie mieszanki surowca odpadowego w postaci popiołów lotnych wapiennych. Zgodnie z obowiązującym Katalogiem odpadów, ogłoszonym w rozporządzeniu Min. Środowiska z 9.XII.2014 r. (Dz. U. 2014, poz. 1923), popioły lotne wapienne sklasyfikowano jako odrębny rodzaj odpadów o kodzie 10 01 02 w podgrupie odpadów z elektrowni i innych zakładów energetycznego spalania paliw (10 01) i grupie odpadów z procesów termicznych (10). Wnioskodawca planuje wykorzystać ten materiał odpadowy jako uzupełniacz mineralny unikatowej mieszanki betonowej o wysokiej jakości. Koncepcja i plan wdrożenia tego produktu opiera się na wynikach badań naukowych (Gołaszewski 2011). Wdrożenie innowacji wymaga poniesienia wydatków inwestycyjnych związanych z zakupem węzła betoniarskiego oraz opracowania i wdrożenia w nim zmian konstrukcyjnych. W rezultacie, realizowane usługi IOB polegające m.in. na analizie ścieżek rozwoju, badaniu rynku, opracowaniu strategii rozwoju czy monitoringu prac pilotażowych usprawnią proces pełnego wdrożenia innowacji, a tym samym pozwolą na rozszerzenie zakresu działalności firmy o unikalny produkt skierowany do klientów dotychczas nieosiągalnych dla Spółki.
