The project concerns the internationalisation of the Eastern Construction Cluster with the KKK statute. The main objective of the project is to increase the internationalisation of 32 (including 30 SMEs) companies operating within the National Key Cluster until 31.08.2022. The project is compatible and is part of the Eastern Building Cluster Development Strategy 2018-2022 Objective 1. Stable organizational development and No. 3. Intensification of customer orientation activities, with particular emphasis on internationalisation. The project’s objective will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities: 1.Advisory services, in the area of preparation of companies to enter foreign markets by ensuring that they optimise their offer, among others, in the area of innovation and innovation support services related to preparation for the process of commercialisation of goods/services. 2.Services in the field of presentation of the cluster’s offer on key foreign markets (EU and others), through comprehensive support for the participation of companies in trade fairs and missions abroad. 3.Promotion of Cluster among potential contractors through the preparation and distribution of cluster catalogues, promotion in trade media, information and promotion campaign and organisation of conferences. 4. Strengthen cooperation between KKK companies by animating new joint projects, including R & D, establishing and strengthening long-term trade contacts, which will translate into the achievement of tangible financial benefits by KKK companies. 5.Development of KKK by acquiring new companies that will strengthen the value chain of the Eastern Building Cluster. Projekt dotyczy internacjonalizacji oferty Wschodniego Klastra Budowlanego posiadającego statut KKK. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost internacjonalizacji 32 (w tym 30 MŚP) przedsiębiorstw działających w ramach Krajowego Klastra Kluczowego do 31.08.2022r. Cel zrealizowany będzie poprzez realizację zintegrowanego dostosowanego do potrzeb firm kompleksowego programu internacjonalizacji realizowanego przez Koordynatora na rzecz członków KKK. Projekt jest zgodny i wpisuje się w Strategię Rozwoju Wschodniego Klastra Budowlanego na lata 2018-2022 Cel 1. Stabilny rozwój organizacyjny oraz nr 3. Intensyfikacja działań z zakresu orientacji na klienta, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem internacjonalizacji. Cel projektu zrealizowany będzie poprzez realizację poniższych działań: 1.Usługi doradcze, w obszarze przygotowania firm do wejścia na rynki zagraniczne poprzez zapewnienie im optymalizacji oferty m.in. w zakresie innowacji i usług wsparcia innowacji związanych z przygotowaniem do procesu komercjalizacji towarów/ usług. 2.Usługi w zakresie prezentacji oferty klastra na kluczowych zagranicznych rynkach (UE i inne), poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie udziału przedsiębiorstw w targach i misjach zagranicznych. 3.Promocję Klastra wśród potencjalnych kontrahentów, poprzez przygotowanie i kolportaż katalogów klastra, promocję w mediach targowych, kampanię informacyjno- promocyjną oraz organizację konferencji. 4.Wzmocnienie współpracy pomiędzy firmami z KKK poprzez animowanie nowych wspólnych projektów, w tym B+R, zawieranie i umacnianie trwałych kontaktów handlowych, które przełożą się na osiągniecie przez firmy KKK wymiernych korzyści finansowych. 5.Rozwój KKK poprzez pozyskanie nowych firm, które wzmocnią łańcuch wartości Wschodniego Klastra Budowlanego.
