Within the framework of the project, the scientific unit will develop and deliver to the Applicant a conceptual project, a technical design of the prototype, and a prototype of the technical solution – a platform for conducting synthesis and chemical processes, the control and control system of the platform together with software monitoring the work of the system. An important feature of the new solution – control – is the possibility of adding further, synchronised external control and measurement devices, which in turn allow for testing for different volumes and gradually increasing the scale (from preliminary works – for as little quantities as possible, to quantities representative of the production process). The innovativeness of the new product and at the same time a specific feature of the developed platform is the possibility of free configuration. A key aspect will be the ability of users to create parameters and process methods for the course of research. Creating the method will be intuitive and will not require specialist knowledge of the construction and operation of controllers or controllers. In addition, the platform will have data acquisition and archiving functions and a secure, remote control system. End-users will be involved in the design, development and implementation of innovations. The most important result of the project will be the launch of a new product by the Company, which will contribute to expanding the markets, increasing revenues, as well as the possibility of implementing other innovative projects. W ramach projektu jednostka naukowa opracuje i dostarczy dla Wnioskodawcy projekt koncepcyjny, projekt techniczny prototypu, oraz prototyp rozwiązania technicznego – platformę do prowadzenia syntez i procesów chemicznych, układ sterowania i kontroli platformy wraz z oprogramowaniem monitorującym pracę układu. Ważną cechą nowego rozwiązania – sterowania - jest możliwość dodawania kolejnych, pracujących w sposób zsynchronizowany zewnętrznych urządzeń kontrolno-pomiarowych, co z kolei pozwoli na prowadzenie badań dla różnych objętości i stopniowe zwiększanie skali (od prac wstępnych -dla jak najmniejszych ilości, po ilości reprezentatywne dla procesu produkcyjnego). Innowacyjnością nowego produktu, a zarazem specyficzną cechą wypracowanej platformy jest możliwość swobodnej konfiguracji. Kluczowym aspektem będzie możliwość tworzenia przez użytkowników parametrów i metod procesów dla przebiegu badań. Tworzenie metody będzie intuicyjne i nie będzie wymagało specjalistycznej wiedzy z budowy i obsługi sterowników bądź kontrolerów.
