The project consists of developing a technology for the production of functional layers containing nanomaterials to improve barrier and immune properties by developing and implementing a comprehensive thermoregulation, anticondensing and hydroinsulating system (hereinafter: The project). The producer is Kreisel Technika Budowlana Sp. zo.o. (hereinafter: Company, Applicant, Kreisel). 5 products (3 plaster, paint and diaphragm) will be prepared for implementation in total: system, coherent, tested, universal whole to be implemented in order to improve the properties of the building. This will be the solution: cheap, eco-friendly, durable, energy- and material-saving, actively thermoregulating, providing the right microclimate, enabling intelligent moisture management for internal and external applications, for protection against fungi, mold, bacteria, flexible structure and scrub resistant. Fast-to-assembly universal insulation, solvent-free, non-combustible, seamless and resistant to extreme physicochemical conditions. The characteristics will be achieved, among others, by using: •polymer microcapsules with a special mixture of waxes using the phenomenon of phase transformation, materials with a large specific surface, mechanically non-destructible, • porous glass spheres, polymer nanomaterials, with high flexibility and resistance to scrubbing, • polymer material resistant to environmental and mechanical factors, for use as a type of insulation: light to heavy, without solvents, with non-combustible properties and uniform structure, with flexibility above 800 % and 100 % of shape memory, with nanomaterials addition, The works were divided into own works (R & D and 6 laboratories of the Company) and commissioned works for individuals (English)

    Projekt polega na opracowaniu technologii wytwarzania warstw funkcyjnych, zawierających nanomateriały w celu poprawy właściwości barierowych i odpornościowych poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie kompleksowego systemu termoregulacyjnego, antykondensacyjnego oraz hydroizolacyjnego (dalej: Projekt). Realizatorem jest KREISEL Technika Budowlana Sp. zo.o. (dalej: Spółka, Wnioskodawca, KREISEL). Przygotowanych do wdrożenia zostanie 5 produktów (3 tynki, farba oraz membrana) łącznie: systemowa, spójna, przetestowana, uniwersalna całość do zaimplementowania w celu poprawy właściwości budynku. Będzie to rozwiązanie: tanie, ekologiczne, trwałe, energo- i materiałooszczęde, aktywnie termoregulujące, zapewniające odpowiedni mikroklimat, umożliwiające inteligentną gospodarkę wilgocią do zastosowań wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, do ochrony przed grzybami, pleśniami, bakteriami, o elastycznej strukturze i odporne na szorowanie. Szybkie w montażu uniwersalne izolacje, bez rozpuszczalników, niepalne, bezspoinowe i odporne na ekstremalne warunki fizykochemiczne. Cechy zostaną osiągnięte m.in. dzięki zastosowaniu: •polimerowych mikrokapsułek ze specjalną mieszaniną wosków wykorzystujące zjawisko przemiany fazowej, materiałów o dużej powierzchni właściwej, mechanicznie nieuszkadzalnych, •kulek szklanych porowatych, nanomateriałów polimerowych, o dużej elastyczności i odporności na szorowanie, •materiału polimerowego odpornego na działania czynników środowiskowych i mechanicznych, do zastosowania jako izolacja typu: lekkiego do ciężkiego, bez rozpuszczalników, o właściwościach niepalnych i jednolitej strukturze, o elastyczności powyżej 800% i 100% pamięci kształtu, z dodatkiem nanomateriałów, Prace zostały podzielone na prace własne (kadra B+R oraz 6 laboratoriów Spółki) i prace zlecone jednostkom (Polish)
