The company has a very strong competitive position on the Polish market due to the high quality of manufactured products and the continuous implementation of technological and product innovations. The increasing demands of consumers, such as banks, military, police, mail, hospitals, industrial plants and commercial networks, imply the need to look for innovative manufacturing technologies that allow the production of increasingly better quality products with reduced production costs. The implementation of this project consisting of the purchase of a research and development service should enable the Applicant to achieve a higher technological level by developing the technology for producing property security, mainly nanoconcrete safes used in filling product walls. The technology developed should increase the strength characteristics of the final products. The scientific unit is tasked with developing the technology, testing it and designing the production process together with full technical documentation, which will assume the use of technology in the Applicant’s production plant. The technological innovation created in the project will be an innovation in the world, since none of the competitors use nanocomponets in filling their products. The project will last 4 months from April 2016. The period of service offered by the contractor is 3 months. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Spółka KAMET funkcjonuje na polskim rynku produkcji zabezpieczeń mienia od 1991 roku. Przedsiębiorstwo posiada bardzo silną pozycję konkurencyjną na polskim rynku, ze względu na wysoką jakość produkowanych wyrobów oraz ciągłe wdrażanie innowacji technologicznych i produktowych. Zwiększające się wymagania odbiorców, którymi są instytucje takie jak banki, wojsko, policja, poczty, szpitale oraz zakłady przemysłowe i sieci handlowe implikują konieczność poszukiwania nowatorskich technologii wytwarzania dających możliwość produkowania coraz lepszych jakościowo wyrobów o obniżonych kosztach produkcji. Realizacja niniejszego projektu polegającego na zakupie usługi badawczo-rozwojowej, powinna umożliwić Wnioskodawcy osiągnięcie wyższego poziomu technologicznego dzięki opracowaniu przez jednostkę naukową technologii wytwarzania zabezpieczeń mienia, głównie sejfów w oparciu o nanobeton zastosowany przy wypełnianiu ścian produktów. Opracowana technologia powinna spowodować podwyższenie właściwości wytrzymałościowych ostatecznych produktów. Jednostka naukowa ma za zadanie opracowanie technologii, przetestowanie jej oraz zaprojektowanie procesu produkcyjnego wraz z pełną dokumentacją techniczną, który będzie zakładał wykorzystanie technologii w zakładzie produkcyjnym Wnioskodawcy. Powstała w projekcie innowacja technologiczna będzie innowacją w skali świata ponieważ z rozeznania dokonanego przez Wnioskodawcę żaden z konkurentów nie stosuje w wypełnianiu swoich produktów nanokomponetów. Realizacja projektu potrwa 4 miesiące od kwietnia 2016 roku. Okres realizacji usługi zaproponowany przez wykonawcę to 3 miesiące.
