The object of the project is to carry out R & D works by the Applicant, i.e. Services SLUSARSKIE MR. inż. Paweł Siwak in cooperation with the scientific unit, i.e. Institute of Plastic Machining in Poznań to develop innovative electrodes for heating and hardening of wire used in the production of springs and tools for machining hard materials from nanocrystalline sintered carbides produced by the rapid sintering and plasma sintering (SPS) method. The main elements of innovation are planned technological solutions for obtaining innovative electrodes and tools characterised by: greater hardness, greater resistance to brittle cracking, increased durability compared to competitive electrodes for heating and hardening of wire (Mitshubishi, Zhuzhou Tongyi Industry) and tools for hard machining materials (Sandvik, Baildonit). The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening competitiveness and increasing the level of innovation of the company by carrying out comprehensive R & D work, and then implementing new innovative products to the applicant’s offer. This will be achieved by: — comprehensive industrial research verifying assumptions and development related to the production of prototype electrodes for heating and hardening of wire, as well as tools for working hard materials (product innovation), which will be applied in the machine industry, – the inclusion of patent protection solutions developed, – implementation of R & D results (economic activity in the Republic of Poland). Carrying out the project will allow the company to increase exports on the existing markets. (English)

Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac B+R przez Wnioskodawcę, tj. USŁUGI ŚLUSARSKIE mgr inż. Paweł SIWAK we współpracy z jednostka naukową, tj. Instytutem Obróbki Plastycznej w Poznaniu celem opracowania innowacyjnych elektrod do nagrzewania i hartowania drutu stosowanych w produkcji sprężyn oraz narzędzi do obróbki twardych materiałów z nanokrystalicznych węglików spiekanych wytwarzanych metodą szybkiego spiekania iskrowo-plazmowego (SPS). Główne elementy innowacyjności stanowią planowane do zastosowania rozwiązania technologiczne umożliwiające otrzymywanie innowacyjnych elektrod i narzędzi charakteryzujących się: większą twardością, większą odpornością na kruche pękanie, zwiększoną trwałością w stosunku do konkurencyjnych elektrod do nagrzewania i hartowania drutu (Mitshubishi, Zhuzhou Tongyi Industry) i narzędzi do obróbki twardych materiałów (Sandvik, Baildonit). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzmocnienia konkurencyjności i podniesienia poziomu innowacyjności firmy, poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowych prac B+R, a następnie wdrożenie nowych, innowacyjnych produktów do oferty Wnioskodawcy. Zostanie to osiągnięte poprzez: - kompleksowe badania przemysłowe weryfikujące założenia i prace rozwojowe związane z wytworzeniem prototypowych elektrod do nagrzewania i hartowania drutu oraz narzędzi do obróbki twardych materiałów (innowacja produktowa), które będą miały zastosowanie w przemyśle maszynowym, - objęcie opracowanych rozwiązań ochroną patentową, - wdrożenie wyników B+R (działalność gospodarcza na terenie RP). Przeprowadzenie projektu pozwoli firmie na zwiększenie eksportu na dotychczasowych rynkach zbytu. (Polish)
