The subject of the project is to carry out comprehensive industrial research and development work on the development of high-quality pasta products with the addition of Polish durum wheat. The positive result of the R & D work carried out will allow the implementation of the results of this work by launching the production of innovative pasta in the Applicant’s plant. The need for the project results from changing trends in nutritional directions and consumer preferences and the fact that cereal products are the basic product range sold both on the food market and by the Applicant himself; the leading Polish producer of flour products. R & D works will be carried out on the basis of the process used in the cereal processing industry, which is the starting point for the development of products within the project. The main and economic goal of the project is to develop and increase the competitiveness of the Polish producer of flour products on the market of domestic and global producers of pasta products through the implementation of developed solutions on the market. The main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: — increasing knowledge in areas recognised as priorities for the development of Polish science and economy, i.e. in terms of improving the quality of food products and improving competitiveness and efficiency of the food sector; — optimising activities and inputs in order to achieve synergies between research carried out through close cooperation between the Applicant and subcontractors carrying out innovative research and development; — development of research documentation for the development of products and technologies, in the next stage prepared Number_reference_aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). (English)

Prace B+R prowadzone będą w oparciu o stosowane w przemyśle przetwórstwa zbóż procesy technologiczne, stanowiące punkt wyjścia do rozwoju produktów w ramach projektu. Celem głównym i gospodarczym projektu są rozwój oraz zwiększenie konkurencyjności polskiego producenta wyrobów mącznych na rynku krajowych i światowych producentów wyrobów makaronowych poprzez wdrożenie opracowanych rozwiązań na rynek. Cel główny zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujące cele szczegółowe: - zwiększenie wiedzy w obszarach uznanych za priorytetowe dla rozwoju polskiej nauki i gospodarki, tj. w zakresie zwiększania jakości produktów spożywczych i podnoszenia konkurencyjności oraz efektywności sektora spożywczego; - optymalizację działań oraz nakładów celem osiągnięcia efektu synergii prowadzonych badań poprzez ścisłą współpracę Wnioskodawcy z podwykonawcami realizującymi innowacyjne prace badawczo-rozwojowe; - opracowanie dokumentacji badawczej na potrzeby rozwoju produktów i technologii, w kolejnym etapie przygotowani Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). (Polish)
