Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop the production technology and the implementation of the innovative material known as TytanSpheres, which is obtained from the microsphere available on the market.The new product will meet the strict quality requirements, which will extend the possibilities for the use of micro spheres in the extractive industries.Their mechanical strength is one of the essential requirements for the trade in microspheres.The indication of the mechanical strength of the microsphere shall be the application of a pressure to a pressure of 2,05 MPa for 15 minutes.The resistance to the compression of microfer is measured by the fraction of the light fraction from the water expressed as a percentage by mass after the pressure test.The natural microspheres from fly ash currently offered on the market have a strength of 35-48 % m/m. the design of the project envisages the development of a material production technology called TytanSpheres, for which the fraction of the lighter from the water after the squeeze test will be > = 60 % m/m.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii produkcji i wdrożenie innowacyjnego materiału pod nazwą TytanSpheres, uzyskiwanego z dostępnych na rynku mikrosfer. Nowy produkt będzie spełniał restrykcyjne wymagania jakościowe, co rozszerzy możliwości wykorzystania mikrosfer w przemyśle wydobywczym. Jednym z podstawowych wymagań stawianych handlowym mikrosferom jest ich wytrzymałość mechaniczna. Oznaczenie wytrzymałości mechanicznej mikrosfer polega podawaniu ich działaniu ciśnienia o wartości 2,05MPa przez czas 15 minut. Miarą wytrzymałości na ściskanie mikrosfer jest udział frakcji lżejszej od wody wyrażony w procentach masowych po próbie ciśnieniowej. Naturalne mikrosfery wyodrębniane z popiołów lotnych oferowane aktualnie na rynku posiadają wytrzymałość na poziomie 35-48% m/m. W założonym celu projektu przewidziano opracowanie technologii produkcji materiału o nazwie TytanSpheres, dla którego udział frakcji lżejszej od wody po próbie ściskania wynosił będzie >=60% m/m.
