The main objective of the project is to carry out development work, the result of which will be a process innovation which generates a significant improvement of our products. We will develop a prototype of a significantly improved, fully automated and high-performance technological line for accurate weighing, dispensing and packaging of 7-component vegetable and fruit frozen in one production cycle, for a very large production scale including the possibility of short series production. The direct result of the research and development work will be the prototype of a complete innovative technological line, serving the stage from the administration of frozen semi-finished products, their exact weighting, mixing, to packing the mixture with the appropriate structure in the prepackages of the type „pillow ” and then packing them into different types of packaging. The production line developed and its innovative technical solutions are designed to eliminate bottlenecks and problems identified by the applicant in the production process. As a result, all multi-component products of the applicant will be significantly and comprehensively improved, inter alia by ensuring greater stability of the structure and precision of the percentage composition with a tolerance of ± 10 % and an extension of their shelf life, by reducing the duration of the products at positive temperatures. At the same time, our processing capacity and productivity will be increased and the cost of their production will be reduced. Głównym celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac rozwojowych, których rezultatem będzie innowacja procesowa generująca znaczące udoskonalenie naszych produktów. Opracujemy prototyp znacząco ulepszonej, w pełni zautomatyzowanej i wysoko wydajnej linii technologicznej do dokładnego naważenia, dozowania i pakowania 7-składnikowych mrożonek warzywnych i owocowych w jednym cyklu produkcyjnym, dla bardzo dużej skali produkcji w tym również z możliwością wytwarzania w krótkich seriach. Bezpośrednim efektem przeprowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych będzie prototyp kompletnej innowacyjnej linii technologicznej, obsługującej etap od podania zamrożonych półfabrykatów, ich dokładnego naważenia, wymieszania, po zapakowanie mieszanki o odpowiedniej strukturze w opakowania jednostkowe typu „pillow”, a potem ich konfekcjonowanie w różne typy opakowań zbiorczych. Opracowana linia produkcyjna i wykorzystane w niej innowacyjne rozwiązania techniczne mają wyeliminować wąskie gardła procesowe i problemy zidentyfikowane przez wnioskodawcę w procesie produkcyjnym. W rezultacie zostaną znacząco i kompleksowo ulepszone wszystkie wieloskładnikowe produkty wnioskodawcy, między innymi dzięki zapewnieniu większej stabilności struktury i precyzji składu procentowego przy tolerancji odchyleń na poziomie do +/-10% oraz wydłużeniu okresu ich trwałości, poprzez skrócenie czasu przebywania wyrobów w temperaturze dodatniej. Jednocześnie zwiększą się nasze możliwości przerobowe i produktywność oraz zostaną obniżone koszty ich wytworzenia.
