The purpose of the project is to develop and implement for the production of an innovative technology for the mechanical working of motors of motors with special features, equipped with a damper.The project will result in the introduction of a new processing technology on the market, as well as a new service that will be provided by Ferrpol in the future.This technology is directly linked to the implementation of unpatented technical knowledge — technology for the mechanical treatment of the mechanical process of the body of motors with special tools and equipped with a damper.The aim of the creation and implementation of a new technology, based on a company’s own patent, is, on the one hand, to improve the parameters for cutting edge and, on the other hand, to reduce the use of tools, and to save time directly for the competitiveness of the products and thus on the market.The new solution will be to use, in the process of working, bodies of special tools designed by the company Ferrpol, which are equipped with a special structure of vibration dampers (Ferrpol’s patent), the Rotating liners and the double contact handles of double contact, using modern machining centres.The development of technology is possible subject to the positive outcome of the work on the properties of the silencer, the clarification and obtaining of the expected processing parameters, the conditions of use and the application of the relevant test methods.The results of laboratory-scale research suggest that these solutions can be applied on an industrial scale, it is necessary to adapt them to the requirements of the industry in which they operate, i.e., metallic processing.     Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie do produkcji innowacyjnej technologii obróbki mechanicznej korpusu silników elektr. z zastosowaniem narzędzi specj., wyposażonych w tłumik drgań. Rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie wprowadzenie na rynek nowej technologii obróbki, jak również nowej usługi, która w przyszłości będzie świadczona przez Ferrpol. Technologia ta bezpośrednio wiąże się z wdrożeniem nieopatentowanej wiedzy technicznej - technologii obróbki mechanicznej korpusów silników elektr. z zastosowaniem narzędzi specjalnych, wyposażonych w tłumik drgań. Celem opracowania i wdrożenia nowej technologii, opartej o własny patent firmy, jest z jednej strony poprawa parametrów skrawania, z drugiej zaś ograniczenie zużycia narzędzi, oraz oszczędność czasu co bezpośrednio przełoży się na konkurencyjność wyrobów, a tym samym firmy, na rynku. Nowe rozwiązanie polegać będzie na zastosowaniu w procesie obróbki korpusów narzędzi specjalnych zaprojektowanych przez firmę Ferrpol, wyposażonych w specjalnej konstrukcji tłumiki drgań (patent firmy Ferrpol), wkładki wytaczarskie typu Rotary Tool i uchwyty stożkowe o podwójnym styku, przy wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych centrów obróbczych. Opracowanie technologii jest możliwe pod warunkiem uzyskania pozytywnych wyników prac nad własnościami tłumika, sprecyzowaniem i uzyskaniem oczekiwanych parametrów obróbki, warunków użytkowania oraz zastosowania odpowiednich metod badawczych. Wyniki badań w skali laboratoryjnej wskazują na możliwość zastosowania tych rozwiązań w skali przemysłowej, niezbędne jest dostosowanie ich do wymogów branży, w jakiej działa Ferrpol, tj. obróbki metali. art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz.
