Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie prototypu poziomej prasy hydraulicznej PPH PRO w trzech zakresach wydajności: mała, średnia, duża. Nowy produkt będzie innowacją w skali świata. Główne elementy innowacyjności to rozwiązania technologiczne w zakresie układu hydraulicznego, napędu prasy, cylindra prasy, systemu odprowadzenia soków i odpadów oraz układu sterowania. Jak wynika z wstępnych analiz baz patentowych i informacji branżowych rozwiązanie technologiczne będące przedmiotem projektu nie są stosowane dotychczas na świecie. Celem projektu jest „wzmocnienie konkurencyjności i podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności B&P Engineering, poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowych prac B+R, a następnie wdrożenie nowego, innowacyjnego produktu do oferty spółki”.
