The result of the project will be an innovative product: ALUMINIUM ALLOY SHEET FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HOLBROTTLE SCREW CAPS FOR HIGH-PRESSURE FOOD APPLICATIONS. Currently, aluminium is used in the production of caps for wines, alcoholic beverages, oils and mineral water. The aluminium cap has many advantages: it preserves taste, aroma and freshness, gives unlimited possibilities of decoration, it is a convenient solution (easy to open, close and store), and is also a material solution that allows easy recycling. Currently, beverages with aluminium closures are non-gassed beverages (or low gassed 3-4 bar) and therefore no resistance to high pressure is required from the currently produced caps and no tests are carried out. A TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGE FOR THE MANUFACTURERS OF THIN SHEETS ON PACKAGING IS THE PROCESS OF REPLACING STEEL SEALS WITH ALUMINIUM IN CARBONATED BEVERAGES. Manufacturers of aluminium screw caps signal the need for new alloys from which deep-pressed closures can be made with dimensions up to Φ30x60mm, dedicated to drinks containing CO2. The basic parameter that determines the strength properties of new aluminium alloys is in this case the pressure in the bottle, the max. value of which is defined at 8 bar. In defining such a high pressure, cap manufacturers have taken account of the transport of carbonated beverages and possible temperature changes. In accordance with Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 108, p. Rezultatem projektu będzie innowacyjny produkt: BLACHA ZE STOPU ALUMINIUM DO PRODUKCJI GŁĘBOKOTŁOCZONYCH ZAKRĘTEK PRZEZNACZONYCH DO WYSOKOCIŚNIENIOWYCH ZASTOSOWAŃ SPOŻYWCZYCH. Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014) (Polish)
