The subject of the project will be the development of innovative solutions for the construction of multifunctional devices for rapid prototyping and low-series production in an automated and maintenance-free manner. The project envisages the use of a production planning system that will preserve the continuity of model production and will make process control easier for the introduced subsystems. In addition, the model mapping and scanning system introduced will allow to assess the quality and effectiveness of the execution already at the production stage, between layers of the applied material. As a result, when the printout is damaged or starts to differ from the model planned at a given stage, the system detects an error and breaks the printout. This will save material and time in case of failure. A very important feature of the device will also be equipped with an environmental control system. This system determines a successful printing process. In devices outside the medical sector, environmental conditions will be monitored, but they do not require strict control of many variables. The most important parameters are the tightness of the housing and maintaining the right temperature. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. Przedmiotem projektu będzie opracowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań konstruowania wielofunkcyjnych urządzeń do szybkiego prototypowania i produkcji niskoseryjnej w sposób zautomatyzowany i bezobsługowy. Pozwoli to zaoszczędzić materiał i czas w przypadku niepowodzenia.
