The project concerns the development of an internationally innovative system for automatic evaluation, analysis and interpretation of electrocardiographic signal (ECG) in order to assess the effectiveness of resynchronisation in CRT (cardiac resynchronisation therapy – heart resynchronising therapy is based on software using advanced machine learning algorithms (Cardiomatics-CRT). There are no solutions on the market that would offer all the features of the Applicant’s system and diagnose heart failures in such a precise and accessible manner and focus on assessing the effectiveness of CRT resynchronisation. Currently, evaluation of the effectiveness of therapy is done entirely manually and is a tedious process and leaves plenty of room for human errors.Consonance Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Applicant, Company, Consonance) with the support of a key subcontractor – The most important challenges are building a unique EKG record base, ensuring high sensitivity of the test (including rare diseases), universalisation of the solution and ensuring safe functioning in cloud architecture. The result of the project is a response to the identified market demand for an efficient telemedicine tool characterised by high effectiveness of resynchronisation assessment in CRT therapy. It will operate in an open (learning) model and universal for many types of tests and types of diagnostic equipment. The target recipients are mainly medical and telemedical institutions, entities carrying out clinical trials and suppliers of medical equipment. Projekt dotyczy opracowania innowacyjnego na skalę międzynarodową systemu do automatycznej oceny, analizy i interpretacji sygnału elektrokardiograficznego (EKG) w celu oceny skuteczności resynchronizacji w terapii CRT (cardiac resynchronization therapy – terapia resynchronizująca serca) w oparciu o oprogramowanie wykorzystujące zaawansowane algorytmy uczenia maszynowego (Cardiomatics-CRT). Consonance Sp. z o.o. Odbiorcy docelowi to głównie placówki medyczne i telemedyczne, podmioty realizujące badania kliniczne i dostawcy aparatury medycznej.
