Teren realizacji Projektu położony jest we wsi Gęsiki , Gmina Barciany. Obszar opracowania – 1,39 ha, obejmuje działki nr 64, 131,141 obręb nr 15 Gęsiki. Działki są własnością Gm. Barciany. Zakres rzeczowy Projektu: 1. Bioróżnorodność - zagospodarowanie terenu: Gospodarka drzewostanem , Roślinność projektowana: sadzenie i pielęgnacja krzewów 65 szt. sadzenie drzew 47 szt. , obsadzenie terenu roślinami, w tym kwietniki 146 m2,.Łąka kwietna - 420 m2, utworzenie 2 szt. piaszczyste łachy (230 m2 + 290 m2) 2. Budowa ekologicznej ścieżki edukacyjnej: Ścieżka o nawierzchni z płyt beton. – 253,40 m2(181 mb x 1,40 szer.), wyposażenie oraz elem. edukacyjne: tablice inform. duże - szt. 3, tablice inform. małe -9szt., Altana - zielona klasa - szt. 1, pomost pływający z trapem-1szt. , ławki bez oparcia oraz ławki wraz placem -17szt. leżaki -5szt. kosze na śmieci -5szt.,luneta do obserwacji ptaków -1szt., rzeźby ze stali -7szt.(prezentujące gatunki zwierząt) ,tabliczki z nazwami gat. roślin – 60szt. Pozostałe elementy małej architektury: ul dla murarek, budka dla ptaków i nietoperzy -2szt.,pływająca platforma dla ptaków, stojaki na rowery -2szt., łodzie-siedziska przy pomoście -3szt. ,głazowisko z kamienia naturalnego - Wykonanie monitoring bezpieczeństwa (TIK). 3. Rekultywacja stawu rekreacyjnego : - Pogłębienie zbiornika wodnego wraz z wyprofilowaniem dna ( odwodnienie, oczyszczenie , roboty ziemne, karczowanie, skarpowanie i plantowanie nasypów) Szczegółowy zakres robót jest opisany w zał. nr 1 Studium wykonalności. Etapy realizacji Projektu: - etap przygotowawczy - opracowano dokument. techniczną i konkursową, - etap wyboru wykonawcy inwestycji - zgodnie z PZP realizacja inwestycji - wykonanie i odbiór robót, - końcowe rozliczenie rzeczowe i finansowe. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WWM poprzez Cel szczegółowy:Lepsze mechanizmy ochrony bioróżnorodności w regionie - zachowując, zabezpieczając i zwiększając bioróżnorodność terenu objętego Projektem. The project area is located in the village of Gęsika, the municipality of Barciana. The area of development — 1.39 ha, includes parcels No 64, 131,141, No 15, Gęsiki. The plots are owned by Gm. Biodiversity — land management: Forest stand economy, design plants: planting and cultivation of 65 plants with 47 planting of trees Planting, including the April 146 m², of the plant, i.e. 420 m² for April, 2 m² of sand (230 m² + 290 m²). Building a green educational pathway: The pavement path of the concrete plate. — 253.40 m² (181 mb x 1,40), educational equipment and fittings: large boards — units 3, notice boards, small -9st., Altana — green class — 1, bridge, floating at 1ht. Benches with no backrest and lay with a bench of -17 counts — 5 garbage bins -5k bins, lugs for the observation of birds -1 t., carvings of steel and 7st. (presenting the animal species), a plate with the names of the plant (60s). Other small architectural features: UL for murek, bug for birds and bats, -2ht., a floating platform for birds, bicycle racks -2ht., a seat-desk at the monument -3st. The environment of natural stone — implementation of security (ICT). 3. Recreation of the recreation centre: — A depth of the water reservoir along with the bottom profiling (dehydration, purification, ground work, grubbing, handling and planning of embankments) Detailed description of the works is described in Annex 1 of the feasibility study. Project implementation stages: The preparatory phase — the preparation of a technical and a competition document — the stage of selecting the contractor for the investment — in accordance with the PHP, the implementation of the investment — execution and acceptance of the works, — final real and financial settlement. The project is part of the establishment of the ROP WWM through the specific objective: better mechanisms to protect biodiversity in the region while preserving, safeguarding and enhancing the biodiversity of the area covered by the project.
