Celem projektu jest reintegracja społeczna osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących zdegradowany infrastrukturalnie obszar miasta Gniew.Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 70os(34K i 36M), zamieszkujących zdegradowany obszar miasta Gniew.Objęcie wsparciem danej grupy wynika z diagnozy przeprowadzonej w ramach LPR dla Gminy Gniew na lata 2016-2023,zatwierdzonego uchwałą Rady Miejskiej w Gniewie nr XXXIII/245/17 z dn.12.04.2017r. Cele szczegółowe: -wzrost aktywności społ.u co najmniej70% uczestników proj.; -wzrost umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów wychowawczych u co najmniej50% rodziców objętych proj.; -wzrost wiedzy z zakresu funkcjonowania rodziny u co najmniej50%rodziców objętych proj.; -wzmocnienie więzi społecznych u co najmniej 50%uczestników; -rozwój społeczno-kulturalno-edukacyjny u co najmniej 80%dzieci i młodzieży objętej wsparciem; -rozwój usług opiekuńczych w obszarze rewitalizacji. Projekt zakłada realizację następujących zadań: -Utworzenie Centrum Wsparcia Rodzin:grupowe i indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne,warsztaty z pedagogiem,poradnictwo prawne,warsztaty i konsultacje indywidualne z zakresu terapii uzależnień,warsztaty grupowe i konsultacje indywidualne w zakresie umiejętności rodzicielskich,organizacja czasu wolnego dzieci i młodzieży,warsztaty komputerowe,warsztaty z zakresu integracji społ.,animacje działań w sferze kultury,warsztaty-profilaktyka zdrowia i higieny,warsztaty budowy swojego wizerunku, steetworking,zakup wyposażenia. -Placówka wsparcia dziennego prowadzona w formule mieszanej:organizacja zajęć w placówce wspierająca rozwój dzieci,animacje oraz zakup wyposażenia. -Wsparcie dla osób starszych i niesamodzielnych: zatrudnienie opiekunów,organizacja opieki,wolontariat opiekuńczy. Głównym efektem projektu będzie podniesienie aktywności społ.u co najmniej 70%uczestników(49os:24K i 25M)oraz zwiększenie liczby miejsc świadczenia usług społ.o 24 w stosunku do dotychczas realizowanych przez gminę. The project aims at the social reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion, living in the degraded infrastructure of the Giew. city area. the project is a project supported by 70os (34K and 36M) living in a degraded area of Gniezno. the group’s support is due to the diagnosis carried out within the framework of the LPR for the municipality of Gniezno 2016-2023, approved by a Resolution No XXXIII/245/17 of the Municipal Council on the subject of 12.04.2017. Specific objectives: Growth of social activity at the level of at least 70 % of participants; Increase in parenting skills in at least 50 % of proj parents; Increased knowledge of the family with at least 50 % of proj parents; — strengthening social links to at least 50 % of participants; — socio-educational and educational development for at least 80 % of the children and young people supported; Development of care services in the area of regeneration. More specifically, the Project involves completing the following tasks: — Creation of the Families Support Centre: group and individual psychological counselling, workshops with pedagogy, legal advice, workshops and individual referral therapies, group workshops and individual consultations on parental skills, the organisation of leisure time for children and young people, computer workshops, workshops for social inclusion, cultural activities, workshops, preventive health and hygiene workshops, workshops to build their image, steworking, purchase of equipment. A day support facility in the form of mieszanej:organizacja activities in support facilities for children’s development, animation and the purchase of equipment. Support for elderly and dependent persons: employment of carers, care organisation, care work. The main outcome of the project will be to increase the social activity of at least 70 % of the participants (49os: 24k and 25M) and to increase the number of areas for the provision of social services by 24 compared to the municipality so far.
