TERRA SZKOLENIA I DORADZTWO PRZEMYSŁAW OMIECZYŃSKI

Grupą docelową jest 96 osób (58 kobiet, 38 mężczyzn) pozostających bez zatrudnienia, które utraciły pracę z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu lub przewidzianych do zwolnienia lub zagrożonych zwolnieniem w ilości nie przekraczającej 30% całości grupy docelowej, zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego) na terenie województwa pomorskiego. Co najmniej 80% uczestników projektu stanowią (łącznie) osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych i kobiety. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększona zdolność do uzyskania ponownego zatrudnienia (uzyskanie efektywności zatrudnieniowej) wśród 96 osób, poprzez dostosowanie kwalifikacji zawodowych/rynkowych i/lub kompetencji do aktualnych potrzeb rynku pracy. Cel główny zrealizowany zostanie w terminie 01.09.2017-31.05.2019 r. Cel główny zrealizowany zostanie dzięki zaplanowanym działaniom projektowym, tj.: 1) Doradztwo zawodowe połączone z przygotowaniem/aktualizacją Indywidualnego Planu Działania; 2) Poradnictwo psychologiczne; 3) Pośrednictwo pracy; 4) Warsztaty w zakresie technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy; 5) Szkolenia w zakresie nabywania kompetencji kluczowych (kompetencje cyfrowe); 6) Szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych/rynkowych; 7) Staże zawodowe. W efekcie realizacji projektu co najmniej 87 osób (w tym co najmniej 53 kobiety) uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje oraz co najmniej 53 osoby (w tym co najmniej 32 kobiety) podejmą ponowne zatrudnienie. The target group shall be 96 persons (58 women, 38 men) who have lost their job for reasons not related to the worker during a period not longer than 6 months before the date of accession to the project, or are intended to be released or threatened with an exemption in quantities of not more than 30 % of the total target group resident (within the meaning of the Civil Code) in the Pomorskie region. At least 80 % of the project participants are (total) persons aged 50 and over, persons with disabilities, the low-skilled and women. The main aim of the project is to increase the employability of 96 people (obtaining employment efficiency) by adapting professional/market skills and/or competences to the current needs of the labour market. The headline target will be achieved by the 01.09.2017-31.05.2019 deadline. the main objective will be achieved through the planned project activities, i.e.: 1) Professional consultancy combined with the preparation/update of the Individual Action Plan; 2) Psychological harassment; 3) Indirect employment; (4) Workshop on active job-search techniques; 5) Training for the acquisition of key competences (digital competences); 6) Training leading to the improvement, completion or change of professional/market skills; 7) Professional traineeships. As a result of the project, at least 87 people (including at least 53 women) will acquire or become competent and at least 53 people (including at least 32 women) will resume employment. (English)
