Wychodząc naprzeciw zapotrzebowaniom regionalnego i lokalnego rynku pracy projekt ma na celu podniesienie jakości oferty edukacyjnej Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Zelowie zwiększając poziom kompetencji uczniów i nauczycieli dostosowując do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy. Dokonując wyboru rodzajów zajęć specjalizacyjnych dla uczniów oraz szkolenia dla nauczycieli, które Powiat Bełchatowski im zaoferuje w ramach projektu uwzględniono oczekiwania uczniów, nauczycieli, konsultowano się też z środowiskiem społeczno-gospodarczym. Uzyskane wnioski posłużyły do określenia celu głównego projektu i zadań do zrealizowania, tj. zwiększenie przez 72 uczniów i 5 nauczycieli ZSP w Zelowie kompetencji zawodowych mających wpływ na podniesienie potencjału do zatrudnienia i wzrost konkurencyjności na rynku pracy poprzez udział w zajęciach specjalistycznych, stażach zawodowych oraz szkoleniu dla nauczycieli, a także wyposażenie dwóch sal dydaktycznych w nowoczesny sprzęt. Projekt skierowany do 54 ucz. Technikum Mechanicznego, 6 ucz. I Zasadniczej Szkoły Zawodowej i 12 ucz. Branżowej Szkoły I st. umożliwiając udział w zaj. spawalniczych (36 os., w tym 18 os. z TM, 6 os. I ZSZ, 12 os. BS), zaj. z lutowania ukł. BGA (24 os. TM), zaj. z grafiki komp. (12 os. z TM) oraz 2 nauczycieli w szkoleniu z lutowania ukł. BGA, którzy przeprowadzą zaj. specjalistyczne w tym zakresie dla 24 ucz. Wiedza uzyskana przez nauczycieli będzie przekazywana też po zak. proj. innym ucz. szkoły. W ramach projektu zostaną też doposażone 2 pracownie dydaktyczne w nowoczesne pomoce dyd., tj.: pracownia technika informatyka oraz pracownia tech.mechanika, zapewniając wysoką jakość kształcenia praktycznego w szkole. Dodatkowo po ukończeniu przez 72 ucz. zajęć specj. zwiększą kompetencje i szanse na lokalnym rynku pracy poprzez odbycie 150 godz. staży zawodowych i praktyk z kierunkiem kształcenia u lokalnych przedsiębiorców. In order to respond to the needs of the regional and local labour market, the project aims at improving the quality of the educational offer of the Group of Upper Secondary Schools in the city of Zelow by increasing the skills of pupils and teachers by adapting to the needs of the local labour market. In selecting the courses of specialisation for students and the training for teachers who will be offered the project, the project takes into account the expectations of the pupils, teachers, and the social and economic environment. The conclusions reached were used to define the objective of the main project and the tasks to be carried out, i.e. the increase by 72 students and 5 teachers in the Zelds of professional competences that have an impact on improving employability and competitiveness in the labour market through participation in professional activities, professional traineeships and teacher training, and the equipping of two classrooms with modern equipment. Project to 54 urine. Technical college of mechanical engineering, 6 urine. And the Principal School of Vocational Education and Training 12.
