Celem niniejszego projektu jest zmiana procesu produkcji oraz wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo – rozwojowych przeprowadzonych samodzielnie przez firmę KAMIENIARSTWO Tomasz Mindikowski. Stanowią one nieopatentowaną wiedzę techniczną Wnioskodawcy. Właściciel wraz z pracownikami metodą prób i błędów opracował nowy produkt, jakim są schody z mikroporowaną, płomieniowaną lub groszkowaną wkładką antypoślizgową z kamienia naturalnego. Chcąc wprowadzić je do oferty firmy konieczne jest wdrożenie nowej innowacyjnej technologii produkcji, w związku z czym w zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzi zakup środka trwałego w postaci piły automatycznej – kopiarki mostowej oraz wartości niematerialnej i prawnej – specjalistycznego oprogramowania do niej. Rezultatem bezpośrednim planowanej inwestycji będzie wprowadzenie innowacji produktowej, innowacji procesowej oraz wzrost zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwie o 2 pełne etaty. Cel główny projektu jest adekwatny do Celu szczegółowego działania 1.6 Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP. The aim of this project is to change the production process and to implement the results of the research and development work carried out by the firm, Tomasz Mindikkowski, itself. They are a non-patented technical knowledge of the Applicant. The owner, together with the workers, has developed a new product consisting of stairs with microporous, flame-or grained anti-sliding linings from natural stone. In order to take them to the company’s bid, it is necessary to implement a new innovative production technology, so that the material scope of the project involves the purchase of a permanent measure in the form of an automatic sawing machine, bridge copying machine and intangible and legal values, specialised software. The direct result of the planned investment will result in the introduction of product innovation, process innovations and an increase in the undertaking’s employment by 2 FTEs. The main objective of the project is to be adequate for the specific objective of Action 1.6 The majority use of innovation in SMEs.
