POWIAT OLSZTYŃSKI/URZĄD PRACY POWIATU OLSZTYŃSKIEGO

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrud.os.młodych poniżej30r.ż.,pozostających bez pracy w powiecie olsztyńskim.Gł.rezultatem projektu będzie osiąg.minimal. poziomu efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskim kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci)przez 42%os, minimalnego poziomu efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup przez 57%os zarejestrowanych w UPPO. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie UPPO realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Uczestnikami projektu jest 290os młodych w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w UPPO jako bezrobotne, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET, przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020. Planowane w ramach projektu formy wsparcia to:staże dla 166os.,bony szkoleniowe dla 7os, bony na zasied. dla 41 os.oraz dof.na podjęcie dział.gosp.dla49os.,dla 27os. szkolenia(indywidualne).Okres realizacji projektu01.01.2019r.-31.03.2020r.Realizacja projektu będzie zgodna z kryteriami dostępu określonymi w Rocznym Planie Działania na 2019 rok.Efektem projektu będą wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu-patrz3.1.1. The aim of the project is to increase the possibilities of job creation for 30 of young people who are unemployed in the Olsztyn district. the project will achieve minimum employment performance levels for the most vulnerable people (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (ISCED level 3), immigrants, reemigrani) by 42 % of people, the level of employment efficiency for other persons who do not belong to the aforementioned groups by 57 % of the employees of the UPPO.The project will support persons below the age of 30 eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the UPPO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The project participants are 290- young people aged 18-29 without work, including people with disabilities, registered with the UPPO as unemployed, of whom at least 60 % are those who are not in education and training (NEETs), as defined by the NEET category, as defined in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.The planned forms of support to:staże for 166os, training vouchers for 7os, stock vouchers for 41o.and dof.for action for 49os. for 27o. for training (individual). project implementation will be in line with the access criteria set out in the Annual Action Plan for the 2019 Annual Action Plan.
