POWIAT SEJNEŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W SEJNACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sejneńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: -11 osób (z wyłączeniem osób: niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych, o niskich kwalifikacjach), -1 osobę niepełnosprawną, -6 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, -43 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach zarejestrowanych w PUP w Sejnach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy: I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników/czek przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Sejnach realizować będzie usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy zaplanowane w projekcie, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29 in purse seiners.The main output of the project will be to take up employment by:— 11 persons (excluding persons:disabled, long-term unemployed, low-skilled), -1 disabled, -6 long-term unemployed, -43 low-skilled people registered in the Sejny PLO.In the framework of the project, persons under the age of 30 will be eligible for the aid profile:I (active unemployed) or profile II (so called “need for support”).Within the framework of the project, the presentation of a specific activation offer for each participant/cheque will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the services and labour market measures planned for the project in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
