The aim of the project is to support new high standard processes in the service and thus improve the quality of the service. 5 methodological centres in southern Moravia will be set up. Further activities will focus on shared management with informal carers. In addition, a programme of cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary cooperation will be established. We will also train officials in the regions concerned. The outputs will be the development of a portable and shared methodology, based on an optimisation of quality standards in the social service provided. A shared database. (English)
