Předmětem projektu je pořízení a rekonstrukce brownfieldového objektu, který se nachází v k.ú Bohatice. Objekt je dlouhodobě nevyužíván a žadatel ho pořizuje s cílem vybudování vlastní podnikatelské provozovny zaměřené na činnost v oblasti informačních technologií.Přínosy projektu:-revitalizace podnikatelského objektu-ekonomický rozvoj podniku-vytvoření nových pracovních míst v lokalitě s nadprůměrnou mírou nezaměstnanosti.Záměr projektu je v naprostém souladu s programem Nemovitosti. a. The object of the project is the acquisition and reconstruction of the brownfield site in the cadastral district of Bohtice. The object is not used in the long term and is purchased by the applicant with a view to building a business establishment dedicated to an activity in the field of information technologi.Instead of the project: — Revitalisation of the business building and economic development of the undertaking -creation of new jobs in a site with an above-average unemployed rate. the project’s project is fully in line with the Nemoitosti.a. programme.
