Projekt se zaměřuje na vytvoření prostředí pro zavedení age managementu v Nadaci Partnerství. Koncept AM je velmi blízký firemní kultuře organizace a komplexnost nového nástroje vnese potřebný systém a propracovanost do personálních procesů v nadaci. Vedle vytvoření strategie a navazujících procesů podpoří i konkrétní opatření jako individuální kariérní a vzděl.plány, vzdělávání, řešení nástupnictví v organizaci, ad. Svou komplexností bude příkladem dobré praxe personálního řízení pro další NNO. (Czech)

The project aims at creating an environment for the establishment of age management at the Foundation of the Partnership. The concept of AM is very close to the organisational culture of the organisation and the complexity of the new instrument will bring the necessary system and sophistication in personnel processes within the Foundation. In addition to developing a strategy and follow up processes, it will also support concrete measures such as individual career and educational plans, education and succession in the organisation. Its complexity will be an example of good practice in personnel management for other NGOs. (English)
