Implementace nového informačního systému pro dohled nad hazardními hrami je podložena zákonem o hazardních č. 186/2016 Sb. účinném od 1.1.2017. Nový informační systém umožní regulaci, průběžné kontroly a celkový monitoring oblasti hazardních her. Opatření s tím související povedou k snížení počtu nelegálních provozovatelů hazardních her a loterií, k snížení daňových úniků, k omezení praní špinavých peněz, k snížení počtu závislých osob na hazardních hrách a ke zvýšení daňových výnosů. The implementation of the new information system for the surveillance of gambling activities is based on Act No 186/2016, which has been in force since 1.1.2017. The new information system will enable regulation, ongoing inspections and overall monitoring of the gambling sector. The measures will lead to a reduction in the number of illegal operators of gambling and lotteries, to the reduction of tax evasion, to the reduction of money laundering, to the reduction of the number of dependent persons on games of chance and to the increase in tax revenues.
