    Projekt je zaměřen na analýzu, diagnostiku, motivaci a vzdělávání cílové skupiny nezaměstnaných 50+. Účastníci absolvují motivační program profesní orientace, kurzy základních kompetencí a případné rekvalifikační kurzy na základě diagnostikovaných potřeb 100 osob CS. Na druhé straně budeme prostřednictvím akvizitora pracovat s informacemi z trhu práce a zaměstnavateli a s konkrétní poptávkou na pracovní pozice. Posláním projektu je vytvořit most mezi nezaměstnanými a pracovním trhem. (Czech)

    The project aims at analysing, diagnosing, motivating and educating the target group of unemployed 50 +. Participants shall receive an incentive scheme for professional orientation, basic competency courses and possible retraining courses on the basis of diagnosed needs of 100 persons. On the other hand, through an acquirer, we will work with information from the labour market and the employer and with specific job demand. The project’s mission is to create a bridge between the unemployed and the labour market. (English)
