Projekt „Wzmacnianie potencjału kształcenia zawodowego Szkoły Branżowej w Zespole Szkół Budowlano-Technicznych w Stargardzie” skierowany jest do 20 uczniów wszystkich kierunków i etapów kształcenia realizowanych w szkole branżowej w roku szkolnym 2019/2020. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy edukacyjne z zakresu teoretycznego i praktycznego przygotowania ucznia do wykonywania wybranego zawodu a jego celem głównym jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia zawodowego poprzez lepsze dostosowanie form i warunków jego prowadzenia do wymagań gospodarki i rynku pracy. W projekcie przewidziano kompleksowe wsparcie uczniów poprzez: wyposażenie pracowni tworzących naturalne warunki pracy, realizację praktyk zawodowych, ponadprogramowe, zawodowe zajęcia specjalistyczne (zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem na rynku pracy) pozwalające rozszerzyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, indywidualne i grupowe doradztwo psychologiczno-zawodowe w zakresie wspomagającym orientację zawodową i dalsze wybory zawodowe oraz w zakresie kształtowania predyspozycji osobowościowych i umiejętności do pracy oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, podnoszenie kwalifikacji nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych, co wpłynie na dalsze dostosowanie poziomu kształcenia wszystkich uczniów do potrzeb obecnego rynku pracy, spotkania uczniów z przedstawicielami firm na zorganizowanych spotkaniach edukacyjno-zawodowych oraz spotkania w zakładach pracy. Przewidziane w projekcie działania w istotnym stopniu przyczynią się do zmniejszenia problemów zdiagnozowanych zarówno do WZ, jak i dla placówki, co w konsekwencji doprowadzi do poprawy sytuacji absolwentów szkoły na współczesnym rynku pracy. The project ‘Strengthening the vocational training potential of the School Industry School in the Stargard Team for Vocational Education in the Stargard’ is addressed to 20 pupils in all the courses and stages of school education in the vocational school in the 2019/2020 school year. The project responds to diagnosed educational problems related to the theoretical and practical preparation of a student for the profession and its main purpose is to improve the quality of vocational training by improving the adaptation of the forms and conditions thereof to the requirements of the economy and the labour market. The project provides comprehensive support for students by: equipping workers with working conditions, working practices, extra-curricular, professional activities (in line with the needs of the labour market), enabling the extension of professional qualifications, individual and collective psycho-professional advice to foster professional orientation and further professional choices, as well as the design of personal suitability and work skills expected by employers, upgrading the qualification of teachers of vocational subjects, which will further align the level of education of all pupils with the needs of the current labour market, meetings of students with representatives of companies at organised educational and professional meetings and meetings at work stations. The actions foreseen in the project will make a significant contribution to reducing the problems diagnosed with both the WZ and the establishment, which will lead to an improvement in the situation of graduates in the modern labour market.
