Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej "Wracamy! Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej dla osób powyżej 29. roku życia z powiatu chodzieskiego i wągrowieckiego" ma na celu zwiększenie szans na znalezienie zatrudnienia przez 50 uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, biernych zawodowo oraz niepełnosprawnych powyżej 29. roku życia, zamieszkujących teren powiatu chodzieskiego oraz wągrowieckiego poprzez zindywidualizowane wsparcie psychospołeczne, edukacyjne oraz spersonalizowaną ofertę wysokiej jakości szkolenia, przygotowania zawodowego i/lub stażu. Cel ten osiągniemy w trakcie 16 miesięcy realizacji projektu, do 30.04.2018r.Uczestnik przyjęty do projektu przy wsparciu doradców zawodowych otrzyma pomoc w postaci identyfikacji potrzeb, diagnozy możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym przyczyn oddalenia od rynku pracy, za pomocą indywidualnego warsztatu z psychologiem (wg metody opracowanej przez Szkołę Kofoeda z Kopehagi) w celu wzmocnienia motywacji do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Każdemu uczestnikowi towarzyszył będzie doradca zawodowy oraz pośrednik pracy - wspierający, monitorujący i motywujący uczestnika do działania.Biorący udział w projekcie, w ciągu 4 miesięcy od przystąpienia, otrzymają możliwość podniesienia kwalifikacji poprzez samodzielny (przy wsparciu pośrednika) wybór szkolenia (odpowiadającego potrzebom lokalnego rynku pracy), zakończonego certyfikowanym egzaminem) lub kursu zawodowego. Uczestnikom będą oferowane również staże zawodowe.Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej "Wracamy! Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej dla osób powyżej 29. roku życia z powiatu chodzieskiego i wągrowieckiego" zakłada trwałe i zintegrowane oddziaływanie w różnych sferach funkcjonowania każdego uczestnika. Metody wsparcia grupy docelowej każdorazowo odpowiadać będą na zidentyfikowane trudności i bariery, jakie powstają przed osobami nieaktywnymi zawodowo powyżej 29. roku życia. (Polish)

Activation project "Wacwe! The aim of the activation project for young people aged 29 and over "is to increase the employability of 50 low-skilled participants who are unemployed, including the long-term unemployed, the inactive and disabled people over the age of 29, who are living in the district of Chokiego and in the aftermath of anthrax through individualised psychosocial support, educational and personalised offers of high quality training, apprenticeship and/or traineeship. This objective will be achieved during the 16 months of the project. by 30.04.2018, a participant in a project with the support of professional advisers will be helped with the identification of needs, the diagnosis of career development opportunities, including the reasons for their remoteness from the labour market, by means of an individual workshop with a psychologist (according to a method developed by the Kopehaga School) in order to strengthen the motivation to take up employment. Each participant will be accompanied by a professional adviser and a working intermediary, who will assist, monitor and motivate the participant to act. the Borrower will be offered the opportunity to upgrade within 4 months of accession through a stand-alone (assisted) selection of training (matching the needs of the local labour market), culminating in a certified examination) or vocational training. Participants will also be offered work placements. A project for the activation of the labour market for people aged 29 and over from a district of beginners’ and in the event of ‘anthrax’ presupposes a permanent and integrated impact in the various spheres of operation of each participant. The support methods of the target group will respond to the identified difficulties and barriers that arise from those who are not on the labour force over the age of 29. (English)
