Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu niepełnosprawnych i niesamodzielnych mieszkańców Gminy Zebrzydowice oraz ich opiekunów do 31.12.2018r. Planuje się przez okres 20m-cy objąć wsparciem 23 osoby (15K i 8M).W grupie docelowej znajdzie się: 13 osób (7K i 6M) niesamodzielnych w w.60+ (w tym min. 4K prowadzące samodzielne gospodarstwo domowe),3 osoby (w tym 2K i 1M) niepełnosprawne i 7 biernych zawodowo opiekunów faktycznych osób zależnych (6K i 1M) Wsparcie w projekcie w formie usług społecznych będzie realizowane na terenie Gminy Zebrzydowice.W projekcie planuje się: utworzenie Ośrodka Krótkookresowego Pobytu Dziennego dla 10 niesamodzielnych uczestników/czek, usługi opiekuńcze świadczone w miejscu zamieszkania dla 3 niesamodzielnych uczestników/czek, usługi asystenckie świadczone dla 3 osób z niepełnosprawnościami, działania wspierające 7 opiekunów faktycznych w opiece nad osobami zależnymi (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the availability and quality of social services preventing poverty and social exclusion of disabled and dependent residents of Zebrzydowice and their carers by 31.12.2018. It is planned to cover 23 people (15K and 8M) for a period of 20 months. 13 persons (7K and 6M) of non-stand-alone in 60 + (including 4 K for independent households), 3 persons (including 2K and 1M) with disabilities and 7 inactive carers of real dependants (6K and 1M). support in the project in the form of social services will be carried out in the municipality of Zebrzydowice.The project is planned to: creation of a short-term living centre for 10 non-dependent participants/participants, care services provided at home for 3 independent participants/cheque, assistants’ services for 3 persons with disabilities, actions supporting 7 carers in care of dependent persons (English)
