Projekt obejmie wsparciem 120 osób 50 M i 70 K z grupy osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, o których mowa w ustawie ozatrudnieniu socjalnym i ma na celu kompleksowego wsparcia takich osób. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowejuczestników oraz zdolności do uzyskania i utrzymania zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy oraz stworzenie warunków dla rozwoju aktywnościzawodowej w regonie. Poprzez zaplanowane w projekcie zadania beneficjenci otrzymają kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie poradnictwapsychologicznego, zawodowego, a także możliwości udziału w szkoleniach i warsztatach z zakresu kompetencji społecznych. Będą mogli równieżskorzystać z kursów zawodowych oraz płatnych staży u pracodawców na otwartym rynku pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie powiatu olkuskiego, nowosądeckiego i limanowskiego województwa małopolskiego oraz obejmie wsparciem 120 osób zamieszkujących ten teren przez okres 24 miesięcy. W większości uczestnikami projektu będą rodziny i osobykorzystające ze świadczeń pomocy Ośrodków Pomocy Społecznej, ponieważ same działania polegające na dystrybucji różnego rodzaju zasiłków bezrównoczesnego świadczenia pomocy socjalnej nie prowadzą do życiowego i zawodowego usamodzielnienia się tych osób. Przynoszą efekt przeciwnydo zamierzonego wśród klientów pojawia się syndrom wyuczonej bezradności oraz bierne a nawet roszczeniowe postawy. Uczestnicy projektuzostaną wyposażeni w umiejętność poruszania się w dzisiejszym świecie, wzmocniona zostanie u nich zdolność podejmowania decyzji, umiejętnośćwalki ze stresem, rozwiązywania konfliktów i problemów, a także w uzasadnionych przypadkach podniesione zostaną ich kompetencje zawodowe.Część uczestników poprzez udział w zorganizowanych stażach zawodowych dostaną szanse na powrót na rynek pracy. The project will support 120 persons of 50 M and 70 K of the group of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, as referred to in the Social Employment Act and aim at providing comprehensive support for such persons. The aim of the project is to increase the level of activity in the members of the population and to secure and maintain the employment of people who are unemployed and to create the conditions for the development of active labour in the region. Through the planned tasks of the project, the beneficiaries will receive comprehensive support in terms of psychological counselling, vocational guidance, as well as opportunities to participate in training courses and a workshop on social competences. They will also be able to take advantage of vocational courses and paid traineeships with employers in the open labour market. The project will be carried out in the District of Olkusz, the Nowy Sącz and the limanowski of Małopolskie Province and will support 120 people living in the area for a period of 24 months. The majority of participants in the project will be families and individuals benefiting from the assistance of the Social Assistance Centres, since the activities of distributing the various benefits without the simultaneous provision of social assistance do not give them a life or professional independence. They have an anticyclical effect in the minds of clients, and there is a syndrome of ‘helplessness’ and ‘passive’ and even atrocious attitudes. Participants will be equipped to travel in today’s world, strengthen their decision-making capacity, stress the fight against stress, resolve conflicts and problems, and raise their competences where appropriate. part of the participants by participating in organised traineeship placements will be offered the opportunity to return to the labour market.
