Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy uczniów i uczennic szkół zawodowych z terenu Województwa Małopolskiego (w tym Powiatu Wielickiego) poprzez organizację staży dla 129K i 116M, podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli, dostosowanie wyposażenia szkół i placówek do standardów rynkowych oraz przygotowanie kursów i szkoleń dla 1060 beneficjentów w ramach Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowej, spośród których 400 u/u uzyska kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia w okresie do 28 lutego 2020 roku (37 miesięcy). Grupę docelową stanowią głównie uczniowie i uczennice 3 szkół tworzących wspólny CKZ (w tym 2 CKZiU). Cele zostaną zrealizowane poprzez wsparcie uczniów i uczennic (kursy i szkolenia, staże, doradztwo zawodowe, zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze) oraz doposażenie szkół i podnoszenie kwalifikacji kadr. The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of vocational school students and students in the area of Małopolskie Province by organising traineeships for 129K and 116M, increasing the professional competence of teachers, adapting the equipment of schools and establishments to market standards, and preparing courses and training courses for the 1060 beneficiaries of the Job Centre, of which 400 u/u will gain qualifications in an out-of-school education period up to 28 February 2020 (37 months). The target group is mainly the students and students of the 3 schools comprising the Common CKZ (including 2 CKZUs). The objectives will be achieved through student and student support (courses and training, internships, careers advice, tutoring and training), and equipping schools and upskilling teachers.
