Głównym celem projektu jest rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych w zakresie e-administracji oraz zwiększenie dostępu obywateli (A2C) oraz przedsiębiorców (A2B) do cyfrowych usług publicznych. Projekt pozytywnie wpłynie na wzmocnienie potencjału E-administracji poprzez zwiększenia dostępu obywateli i przedsiębiorców do zasobów i usług publicznych poprzez wdrożenie systemu informatycznego oferującego szereg elektronicznych usług publicznych. W wyniku realizacji projektu możliwe będzie korzystanie z informacji i zasobów sektora publicznego oraz e-usług publicznych w sposób otwarty, a wiec nieodpłatnie, z dowolnego miejsca, także przy wykorzystaniu urządzeń mobilnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu eliminowane będą powielające się funkcjonalności oraz zapewniona zostanie neutralność technologiczna i bezpieczeństwo danych. Projekt ma zasięg lokalny. Zakres prac związanych z wdrożeniem projektu obejmuje następujące zadania: 1.Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej 2.Infrastruktura teletechniczna 3.Infrastruktura sprzętowa 4.Zakup licencji systemu e-Urząd 5.Polityka bezpieczeństwa 6.Szkolenia użytkowników i administratorów 7.Promocja projektu 8.Doradca technologiczny - Inżynier projektu Szczegółowy opis zadań przedstawiono w dołączonej dokumentacji technicznej, a także w punkcie C.2.3. wniosku W ramach niniejszego projektu zostaną udostępnione następujące usługi: Usługi na 5 poziomie dojrzałości (7 szt.)-łączna ilość osób: 944 a)Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości, rolny, leśny osób fizycznych-ilość osób-484 Usługobiorcami są osoby fizyczne - Podatnicy podatku od nieruchomości, rolnego oraz leśnego b)Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości, rolny, leśny osób prawnych-ilość osób-25 Usługobiorcami są osoby prawne (w tym przedsiębiorcy) - Podatnicy podatku od nieruchomości, rolnego oraz leśnego c)Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od środków transportowych-ilość osób-21 Usługobiorcami są osoby prawne - Podatnicy podatku od środków transportu d)Elektroniczna (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to develop electronic public eGovernment services and to increase citizens’ access (A2C) and entrepreneurs (A2B) to digital public services. The project will contribute to strengthening the potential of e-government by increasing citizens’ and businesses’ access to public resources and services through the implementation of an IT system offering a range of electronic public services. As a result of the project, it will be possible to use public sector information and resources and public e-services in an open and free manner, from anywhere, including using mobile devices. The project will eliminate duplication of functionality and ensure technological neutrality and data security. The project has a local area. The scope of work related to the implementation of the project shall consist of the following tasks: 1.Preparation of application documentation 2.Tele-infrastructure 3.Infrastructure coupling 4.Infrastructure coupling 7.Safety policy 5.Safety policy.Security policy 6.Security policy.Training user and operator.Promotion of project 8.Technical adviser — Engineering design, description of tasks is given in the attached technical documentation and in point C.2.3. of the proposal, the following services will be made available under this project: 5 maturity services (7) -total number of persons: 944 (a) Real estate tax, agricultural, forest natural persons — quantity of osób-484 persons in service are natural persons — Real estate tax, agricultural and forestry tax, (b) Real estate tax, agricultural and legal persons, the number of legal persons involved in the service, the number of legal persons involved in the services of the persons concerned are legal persons (including entrepreneurs) — Real estate tax, agricultural and forestry tax, c) Electronic handling of tax on means of transport -25 users of services in question are legal persons — Taxpayers of the tax on means of transport (d) Electronic.
