Cel główny to zwiększenie atrakcyjności turystycznej, krajobrazowej i gospodarczej Łęcznej poprzez rewitalizację i zwiększenie dostępności do obszarów o unikalnej wartości przyrodniczej, krajobrazowej, turystycznej, kulturowej, zabytkowej i historycznej. Cele szczegółowe: wykorzystanie potencjału dziedzictwa naturalnego w postaci walorów przyrodniczych, historycznych i kulturowych; stworzenie infrastruktury krajobrazowej i turystycznej opartej na dziedzictwie naturalnym; wsparcie społeczno-gospodarczego rozwoju gminy poprzez wykorzystanie zasobów dziedzictwa naturalnego; stworzenie oferty i unikalnego produktu turystycznego opartego na dziedzictwie naturalnym. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu: wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne - 3000 osób rocznie; liczba nowoutworzonych miejsc pracy - pozostałe formy (EPC) - 1 szt.; liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt.; liczba wspartych obiektów w miejscach dziedzictwa naturalnego - 1 szt. Główna grupa docelowa to samorząd gminy, mieszkańcy i turyści odwiedzający Łęczną. Projekt angażuje lokalnych przedsiębiorców i instytucje umożliwiające jego realizację. Obszar Projektu usytuowany jest w Łęcznej w zespole dworsko-parkowym Podzamcze i liczy 2,64ha. Zakłada się odtworzenie historycznych układów kompozycyjnych parku z dostosowaniem do współczesnych funkcji i potrzeb użytkowników. Główne zadania: gospodarka drzewostanem i porządkowanie terenu; nawierzchnie alei, placyków, ścieżek i miejsc postojowych: mineralne-5030m2, brukowe-1321m2; zieleń projektowana-1,85ha: sadzenie drzew, krzewów i bylin, trawniki; mała architektura: ławki parkowe-34szt., kosze na śmieci-9szt., drogowskazy-5szt., tablice informacyjne-13szt., urządzenia siłowni-5szt. The main objective is to increase the attractiveness of the touristic, landscape and economic landscape by revitalising and increasing accessibility to areas of unique nature, landscape, touristic, cultural, heritage and historical. Specific objectives: exploiting the potential of natural heritage in the form of natural, historical and cultural assets; the creation of landscape and heritage infrastructure based on natural heritage; support for the socio-economic development of the municipality through the use of natural heritage resources; the creation of a tender and a unique tourism product based on natural heritage. The key deliverables of the project are: increase in the expected number of visits to supported sites belonging to the cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions — 3000 persons per year; number of new jobs — other forms (FTE) — 1; the number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities — 1; number of sites supported in natural heritage sites — 1. The main target group is the local government, the inhabitants and tourists of the visitor. The project involves local entrepreneurs and institutions to implement it. The area of the project is located in the Łęczny (Łęczny Łępowania Konkujowym w Łęczny) in the section of the train and parking area of the Podzzamze station and consists of 2.64 ha. It is assumed that the historical composition of the park’s composite systems is adapted to modern users’ functions and needs. Main tasks: the management of the forest stand and the organisation of the site; − − − − − − − − − Plates, paths and parking spaces: 5 030 m², brush-1 321 m²; projected- 1.85 ha: the planting of trees, shrubs and bushes, lawns; small architecture: bokow-34szt benches, smile between smilt and smilt., signboards -5spt., bulletin boards -13spt., powerplant devices (5WT).
