Celem głównym projektu jest "Poprawa stanu gospodarki ściekowej na terenie Gminy Bełżec przyczyniająca się do poprawy stanu wód gruntowych jak i powierzchniowych, minimalizacji zagrożeń epidemiologicznych oraz zmniejszenia zanieczyszczenia środowiska naturalnego". Realizacja projektu umożliwi poprawę stanu infrastruktury technicznej (rozbudowa istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków) oraz zapobiegnie degradacji środowiska naturalnego, które stanowi podstawę potencjału rozwoju Gminy i wpływa zdecydowanie na podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców. Grupą docelową, która odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści z realizacji projektu na poziomie jego realizacji będą: * mieszkańcy Gminy Bełżec * instytucje oraz organizacje znajdujące się w Gminie Bełżec * firmy, przedsiębiorcy oraz osoby prowadzące działalność gospodarczą w obrębie Gminie Bełżec * instytucje oraz organizacje znajdujące się na terenie Gminy Bełżec. Planowane przedsięwzięcie obejmuje rozbudowę oczyszczalni ścieków w miejscowości Bełżec. Powyższe działanie mają na celu zwiększenie przepustowości oczyszczalni umożliwiającej odbiór ścieków z nowo kanalizowanych obszarów. Rozbudowa polegać będzie na budowie kolejnego reaktora oczyszczania ścieków w skład którego będą wchodziły dwa ciągi technologiczne wyposażone w: komorę denitryfikacji, nitryfikacji, osadnik wtórny pionowy ze zgarniaczem osadu, komorę stabilizacji osadu nadmiernego oraz pompownię osadu powrotnego wspólną dla obu nowych ciągów. Dodatkowo planuje się zabudowę silosu na wapno wraz z niezbędnymi instalacjami technologicznymi i energetycznymi. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte poniższe wskaźniki rezultatu: 1) Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków - 520 osób, 2) Przewidywana liczba osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków - 610 osób, 3) Liczba przebudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych - 1 szt. 4) Wielkość ładunku ścieków poddanych ulepszonemu oczyszczaniu - 2448 RLM. The main objective of the project is ‘Improvement of the wastewater management in the commune of Bełowice in order to improve the status of groundwater as well as of surface water, minimise epidemiological risks and reduce environmental pollution’. The implementation of the project will make it possible to improve the condition of the technical infrastructure (extension of the existing waste water treatment plant) and to prevent environmental degradation, which is the basis for the development potential of the municipality and contributes significantly to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants. The target group which will benefit directly from the implementation of the project at the level of its implementation will be: * the residents of Bełowac * institutions and organisations located in the municipality of Bełągc (*), entrepreneurs and persons engaged in business activities within the municipality of Bełągica * institutions and organisations located in the commune of Bełąc. The project involves an extension of the sewage treatment plant in Bełżac. The aim of this action is to increase the capacity of the treatment plant to enable the collection of waste water from the newly identified areas. The extension will consist of the construction of a new waste water treatment reactor, consisting of two technology lines equipped with: the denitrification chamber, the nitrification, the secondary vertical deposit of the sediment, the stabilisation chamber of the excessive sediment, and a resludge pumping station common to both new lines. In addition, it is planned to build a silo on lime with the necessary technological and energy facilities. As a result of the project, the following result indicators will be achieved: 1) Number of additional persons benefiting from an improved waste water treatment — 520 persons, 2) Repredicted number of people benefiting from an improved waste water treatment — 610 persons, 3) Number of urban waste water treatment plants to be upgraded — 1. 4) Waste water load subject to improved treatment — 2448 p.e..
