Celem głównym projektu jest reintegracja społeczno-zawodowa 100 osób (60K, 40M), klientów Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Tomaszowie Maz. z terenu woj. łódzkiego, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Do głównych rezultatów zalicza się liczbę osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym: - poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu 20 (10K, 10M) - pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) 6 (4K, 2M) - które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu 10 (0K, 10M) - efektyw. społecz. i zatrud. Realizacja projektu będzie trwała nie dłużej niż 2 lata tj. w okresie 01.02.2018-31.12.2019 (szczeg. kryt. dost. 13). Uczestnikami projektu (UP) będzie 100 os. (60 K,40 M), powyżej 18 r. ż., w tym 93 (55K,38M) bezrobotne, 55 (30K,25M) długotrwale bezrob. oraz 7 osób (5K i 2M) ON. 'Osobom bezrobotnym, zarejestr. w PUP, dla których ustalono I/II profil pomocy, spełniającym minimum jedną przesłankę pozwalającą zaklasyfikować je do grupy os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym (bezrobocie nie będzie jedyną przesłanką udzielania wsparcia w ramach proj.), świadczone będą jedynie usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ., eduk. Natomiast os., dla których ustalono III profil pomocy zostaną objęte instrum.aktywnej integ.o charakterze zawodowym. Dla ucz. przewidziane są następujące działania: warsztaty i indywidualne porady prawne, warsz. prozdrowotne, treningi kompetencji i um. społ., warsztaty: Potęga autoprezencjacji, Dbam o siebie dla kobiet, Szkoła dla rodziców, psychoterapię indyw., jak również ścieżki aktyw. edukacyjnej - kursy i szkolenia jak również zaw.- szkolenia, staże, pośrednictwo pracy oraz PAI. The main objective of the project is the reintegration into the labour market of 100 persons (60K, 40M), of the clients of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Tomaszów MAZ from the area of Łódź Province, at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The main results are the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion: Job seekers after leaving 20 (10K, 10M) — working after leaving (including self-employed) 6 (4K, 2M) — who were qualified after leaving 10 (0K, 10M) — with a view to a more efficient society and poisoning. The project will run for no more than 2 years, i.e. the period 01.02.2018-31.12.2019 (specific cover. EUR 13). Project participants (UP) will be 100 persons. (60 K, 40 M), above 18, including 93 (55K, 38M) unemployed, 55 (30K, 25M) for the long term, and 7 persons (5K and 2M) ON. “unemployed” persons who have registered as unemployed persons in the PLO for whom I/II have been identified as an aid profile, with a minimum of one condition for their classification in groups at risk of poverty or social exclusion (unemployment will not be the only condition for support in favour), only active social inclusion services will be provided. On the other hand, for which the III has been established, the aid profile will be covered by an active labour market association. The following actions are foreseen: workshops and individual legal advice, health warrants, fitness and training workshops, workshops: The power of self-presentation, dbam about himself for women, the parents’ school, psychotherapy and the activation of education, courses and training courses, training, placement, job placement and PAI.
