W wyniku analizy regionalnych raportów dot. potrzeb edukacyjnych subregionu pilskiego oraz kierując sięwnioskami z wielu projektów oświatowych realizowanych w subregionie przez NIUAM(również w kooperacji z Instytucjami Współpracującymi w projekcie) zdefiniowano główny obszar problemowy, jakim jest zatrważająco niski poziom edukacji kompetencyjnej w subregionie. Sytuacja ta przekłada się na deficyt kompetencji miękkichna subregionalnym rynku pracy istrukturalne niedopasowanie jego strony podażowej i popytowej. Subregion pilski wyróżnia się w woj. wlkp wysokością stopy bezrobocia (śr. 6,6%) podczas gdy województwo wlkp od lat posiada najniższą stopę bezrobocia w kraju!Nadnotecki Instytut działający jako jednostka UAM w subregionie pilskim, wraz z 3. Instytucjami Współpracującymi w międzysektorowej kooperacji zaplanują i zrealizują programy edukacyjne, których rezultatem będzie załagodzenie skali problemu w subregionie (KD5,6)Celem projektu jest:-podniesienie poziomu deficytowych na subregionalnym rynku pracy kompetencji miękkich młodzieży wkraczającej na rynek pracy-wsparcie procesu dokonywania przez młodzież wyborów ścieżek edukacji zawodowej - by ich zainteresowania i predyspozycje odpowiadały prorynkowemu zapotrzebowaniu -podjęcie rozwiązań strukturalnych i długoterminowych poprzez kształcenie kompetencji pedagogów z różnych międzysektorowych instytucji działających na rzecz edukacji, by w swojej działalności mogły realizować edukację kompetencyjną oraz aby mogły wspierać w tym obszarze szkoły w subregionieCel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zaplanowanie i realizację na obszarze subregionu pilskiego dwóch programów edukacyjnych:-UNIWERSYTET MŁODZIEŻY KOMPETENTNEJ: 24 kompetencyjne szkolenia i 2 kompetencyjne kursy edukacyjne dla młodzieży w wieku 13-18 l.-UNIWERSYTET SPOŁECZNEGO WSPARCIA EDUKACJI KOMPETENCYJNEJ: kompetencyjny kurs edukacyjny dlapedagogów z międzysektorowych instytucji działających na rzecz edukacji w formule pedagogicznego Uniwersytetu Drugiego Wieku (Polish)

As a result of the analysis of the regional reports on the educational needs of the Pilski subregion and on the basis of the conclusions of many educational projects implemented in the sub-region by the NIUAM (including in cooperation with the institutions involved in the project), the main problem area of alarming proportions of competence education in the subregion is defined.This situation translates into a lack of soft skills at the sub-regional work market and is structured by a mismatch between the supply and demand sides of the labour market.The beer subregion is distinguished in Wlkp.6.6 %) while Wlkp has the lowest unemployment rate in the country.The project aims to increase the deficit levels on the sub-regional youth labour market (KD5,6). the project aims to increase the deficit levels on the sub-regional labour market for soft youth entering the labour market — to support the take-up of vocational education pathways by young people — to ensure that their interest and suitability are matched with market-oriented structural and long-term solutions through the training of competences of educators from different transversal institutions for education, in order to ensure that their activities can deliver on their competences and can be supported in the subregion of the sub-region by the planning and implementation of two educational programmes in the context of the Pilski subregion: -UNIVERSET YOUTH competent:24 competence of training and 2 competences of educational courses for young people aged 13-18 with UNIVERSITS SOCIETY SUPPORT FORM:the competence of the education course for pedagogues of cross-industry institutions for education in the pedagogical formula of the University of Second Age (English)
