POWIAT PARCZEWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W PARCZEWIE

Cel główny projektu: Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 r. ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie parczewskim. Głównym rezultatem P będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez około 69% os. Projekt skierowany jest do 130 osób bezrobotnych w tym do 65 kobiet w wieku poniźej 30 r. ż., bez pracy zarejestrowanych w PUP w Parczewie jako osoby bezrobotne (dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzież NEET w tym 37 os (18K) długotrwale bezrobotnych i 1 osoba niepełnosprawna. Działania skierowane do osób bezrobotnych w ramach realizowanego projektu to Instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy wynikające z Ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy): 1. Instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy służące indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej (obligatoryjne) - Przygotowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania (IPD) dostosowanego do profilu pomocy zgodnie z art. 34a Ustawy,-130os - Kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe -130os 2. Instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy służące zdobyciu doświadczenia zawodowego i rozwojowi przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia (fakultatywne): -Szkolenia bezrobotnych w celu podniesienia ich kwalifikacji zawodowych zgodnie z art. 40- 42 Ustawy. – 4 osoby - Bon szkoleniowy realizowany zgodnie z art. 66k Ustawy. – 3 osoba - Staże realizowane zgodnie z art. 53 1. Ustawy, który zgodnie z definicją z ustawy oznaczają nabywanie przez bezrobotnego umiejętności praktycznych do wykonywania pracy przez wykonywanie zadań w miejscu pracy bez nawiązania stosunku pracy z pracodawcą.-94 osoby -Przyznanie bezrobotnemu jednorazowo środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, zgodnie z art. 46 ust. 1 pkt 2 Ustawy -19 osób - Bon na zasiedlenie - Na wniosek bezrob. przyznanie bon na zasiedlenie w związku z podjęciem przez niego poza miejscem dotychczasowego zamieszkania zgodnie z art (Polish)

Main objective of the project:Increase the employability of young people below 30 in the district of parczewski.The main output of P will be to take up employment by around 69 %.The project targets up to 130 unemployed people of whom 65 were unemployed at the age of 30., without the work recorded in PUP in Parzew as unemployed (for whom an aid profile has been fixed, I or II), who do not participate in education and training, the so-called NEETs (37K) (18K) long-term unemployed and 1 disabled.Actions targeting unemployed persons in the framework of the project implemented are labour market instruments and services stemming from the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions:1.Labour market instruments and services that serve the individualisation of support and career identification assistance (mandatory) — Preparation of an Individual Action Plan (IPD) adapted to the aid profile in accordance with Article 34a of the Act, -130os — Complex and individual job matching or career counselling — 130os 2.Labour market instruments and services to acquire professional experience and develop entrepreneurship and self-employment (optional):— Training of the unemployed to improve their professional qualifications in accordance with Article 40-42 of the Act.4 persons — Bon training, implemented in accordance with Article 66k of the Act.3 person — Traineeships in accordance with Article 53 1.A law which, as defined by law, means the acquisition of practical skills by the unemployed person to carry out tasks in the workplace without an employment relationship with employers. -94 persons -Grant an unemployed person once to the start of his economic activity, in accordance with Article 46 (1) of the Act.1, point 2, of the Act — 19 persons — Bon to settle — At the request of a small number of persons, the award of a voucher to settle when he has taken up residence in accordance with art.
