Projekt obejmuje budowę 47 magistrali GPON w architekturze FTTH oraz 6 węzłów radiowych dedykowanych 7 placówkom oświatowym. Efektem projektu będzie zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu dla 15 597 gospodarstw domowych oraz 147 jednostek edukacyjnych zlokalizowanych na obszarze gorzowskim. Zadaniem projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do usług Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego mieszkańcom i placówkom publicznym oraz zapewnienie dostępu do infrastruktury i usług hurtowych.
