(Czech)

The aim of the project is to improve the equipment of the Centre of Materials and Nanotechnology, whose research is focused on nano- and microstructures of chalcones and oxidised materials, to be technologically improved. Installations already installed (e.g.: ALD) need complementary material/analytical techniques (XPS, XRD, SEM). In accordance with the CEM-development plan, equipment for the synthesis of the materials shall be required. The project will support the efficient use of the CEM-NAT research inftrarchitecture, which is part of the CZ roadmap for min until 2020. (English)
