    Metodická příprava a pilotní ověření systému dobrovolnických programů v rámci veřejné správy (VS) jako inovativního nástroje, který podporuje doposud opomíjené informální a neformální vzdělávání zaměstnanců VS. Zapojení přinese zaměstnancům hlubší znalosti, kompetence a porozumění problematice i specifikům práce s klienty. Ve svém důsledku pak povede k vyšší efektivitě VS, pozitivním změnám v organizační kultuře a rozvine spolupráci se sociálními partnery. (Czech)

    Methodological preparation and pilot verification of the system of voluntary programmes in public administrations (MLS) as an innovative tool to support informal and non-formal education of the staff of the ML.Participation will bring about greater knowledge, competence and understanding of the issue and specificities of work with clients. Consequently, it will lead to a higher efficiency of the VS, positive changes in organisational culture and develop cooperation with the social partners. (English)
