    Projekt je zaměřen na začlenění znevýhod. mladých lidí ve věku 18 - 30 let do společnosti a na trh práce, prostřed. motivačních, vzdělávacích aktivit, individ. poradenství a zahraničních stáží realiz. v Polsku a na Slovensku, které budou připravovány na míru konkrétním účastníkům. Po ukončení stáží bude CS poskytována další individ. podpora tak, aby došlo k jejich úspěšné integraci do zaměstnání či dalšího vzdělávání. Do projektu zapojíme 18 účastníků, předpokl. 10 úspěšných absolventů stáží. (Czech)

    The project aims at integrating disadvantaged young people aged 18-30 into society and the labour market, through motivational, educational, counselling and training activities in Poland and Slovakia, which will be tailored to individual participants. Following the termination of the traineeship, the CB will provide further support in order to successfully integrate into employment or further education. We engage 18 participants in the project. 10 successful graduate trainees. (English)
