Síť mateřských center prochází transformačním procesem, rozšiřuje oblasti svého působení i cílové skupiny. Projekt přináší šanci posílit vnitřní růst organizace jako základní předpoklad trvalé udržitelnosti. Aktivity projektu zaměřujeme na posílení kapacity organizace, vycházíme z doporučení procesního auditu. Nový strategický plán bude reflektovat záměry vyplývající z procesu transformace a stane výchozím bodem nejen realizace projektu, ale také pro další směřování organizace. (Czech)

The network of kindergartens is undergoing a transformation process, extends its range of activities and target groups. The project offers a chance to strengthen the organisation’s internal growth as a prerequisite for sustainable sustainability. The project’s activities focus on strengthening the capacity of the organisation, based on a procedural audit recommendation. The new Strategic Plan will reflect the intentions emerging from the transformation process and become the starting point for not only the implementation of the project but also the way forward for the organisation.
