The project aims at identifying and eliminating the effects of institutionalisation on users of social services and at the same time promoting the competences of CSS staff. The project aims to promote noninvestment activities, such as training activities for workers in transition, the development of methodological processes leading to the inclusion of social services users in the environment and the development and implementation of evaluation procedures.
