Projekt se zabývá nastavením a realizací interdisciplinární spolupráce zainteresovaných subjektů (soudci, zaměstnanci krajského úřadu, pracovníci OSPOD, zástupci rodinných poraden a mediátorů), v oblasti péče o ohrožené děti a řešení rodičovských konfliktů. Cílem projektu je pak změna způsobu vedení opatrovnických sporů ve věci nezletilých dětí s důrazem na uplatňování principů Cochemského modelu. Projekt bude pilotně ověřen v soudním regionu Nový Jičín. (Czech)

The project deals with the set-up and implementation of interdisciplinary cooperation between stakeholders (judges, staff of the Regional Authority, OSIDs, representatives of family meetings and mediators) in the field of caring for vulnerable children and dealing with parental conflicts. The aim of the project is to change the way in which guardianship disputes are conducted in the case of minor children, with emphasis on the application of the principles of the chemical model. The project will be piloted in the New Jičín District Court. (English)
