Zajištění vybraných služeb sociální prevence na území Jihomoravského kraje je projekt zaměřený na zajištění poskytování vybraných služeb sociální prevence, které jsou definované dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a jejichž potřeba vyplývá ze Střednědobého plánu rozvoje sociálních služeb v Jihomoravském kraji na období 2015 - 2017 (dále jen Střednědobý plán). The provision of selected social prevention services on the territory of the South Moravia Region is a project aimed at ensuring the provision of selected social prevention services, defined in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, and of which the need arises from the Medium-Term Plan for the Development of Social Services in the South Moravia Region for the period 2015-2017 (hereinafter referred to as the Medium-Term Plan). The objective is to financially support and maintain the existing network of providers of selected types of services. (English)
