Předmětem projektu je vznik nového sociálního podniku v Kunčicích pod Ondřejníkem. Podnik bude zaměstnávat osoby ze znevýhodněných skupin na trhu práce, a to osoby po výkonu trestu nebo osoby opouštějící ústavní výchovu. Jeho posláním bude dále rozvíjet obec a údolí Tichávky a oživovat kulturní i gastronomické tradice. Poslání bude naplněno provozováním vesnické restaurace. Podnikání nebude jen o dobrém, tradičním jídle, ale také o kultuře, vzdělávání a prostoru pro setkávání místních aktérů. (Czech)

The project involves the creation of a new social enterprise in Kunduz, Ontario. The company will employ people from disadvantaged groups on the labour market, i.e. after serving a sentence or a person leaving the institution. Its mission will be to further develop the municipality and the Valley of the Ticher and revitalise the cultural and gastronomic traditions. The mission will be fulfilled by the operation of the village restaurant. Entrepreneurship will not only be good, traditional meals, but also culture, education and space for local actors. (English)
